Curtis replaced the iMac with one that was out in the main room running Tiger. Mike installed the web data, CGI scripts, Perl Mail program, and modified the Apache settings. We were back up on Sunday.
    5. Newsletter

      3. Sign-in sheet transcription and e-mail to Sandro for our e-mail mailing list (Henry and/or Stacy might be willing to do this after the Cafe each Saturday)
      4. Dropped membership exit interviews - we should call or at least e-mail people who do not renew their memberships, ask them if they would like to renew, and find out why if hey do not.
    4. There was a lengthy discussion about the benefits of being a dBug Member. The general consensus was that we should look for ways to add value to our membership. What can we give people that they can't get anywhere else? Mike will make sure the member-exclusive offers from vendors is up-to-date on the ExChange. We could offer free raffle tickets or member-only draw prizes at main meetings. A modern ExChange and e-mail system would be of great value. We also need to communicate the membership benefits to current, prospective, and recently dropped members better.
    5. There was discussion on the need to focus on growing our membership.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:20pm.
