The meeting was called to order at 7:11pm.
- The April Minutes were unanimously accepted after minor modifications.

- Old Business
- Capital Improvement Project - Resource Center Upgrades
- Allan Swensson is purchasing paint for a new projector screen. Two quarts of projector paint will cost approximately $200.
- With the new projector in place, dBug is now in the process of selling the old projector.
- Exchange Update Project
- Some of the tasks accepted by Members at the E-Plan meeting on 4/1/06 are progressing nicely. Dick Harrell has compiled a list of FirstClass features and ExChange content. Karen Lindner and Dan Neal been searching for Web sites from other MUGs. Wil Nelson and curtis snow installed a G4 tower to run the existing ExChange software more efficiently. Mike Grueter has been prototyping Web interface ideas. Bruce Robertson has setup a Web survey system using FileMaker Pro.
- Wil Nelson, dBug Member #4407, purchased a G4 Tower 400 MHz (Sawtooth) and installed 256 MB RAM and a 30 GB HD. Cost of the Unit was $182.50 plus his donated 256 RAM chip and 30 GB Western Digital 5400 RPM HD. He donated the computer to dBug for use as part of the ExChange setup on April 15, 2006, with the provision that he has first right of refusal on the computer at no cost to him in the event dBug elects to dispose of the computer, the dissolution of dBug, or for any other event not covered herein where the computer would no longer be used by dBug as a whole.

- WebObjects Basics tentatively scheduled for June 24th
- Mike Grueter will ask Bill Campbell to run another UNIX Basics class on July 15th.
- Photoshop by Mackler, Sobota, and Cochoran - TBA
- A music composition class is another idea.
- Office setup class with John Livingston (mid-late August).
- FileMaker Pro class with Bruce Robertson.
- Quarterly Xcode/Cocoa classes with the Xcoder SIG folks.

- Mike Grueter reported that normal maintenance and article updates were done this month.
- Newsletter
- Karen Lindner reported that the May newsletter will be completed and mailed by Saturday, May 6th.

- The May Main Meeting topic is "Final Cut Express HD".

New Business
- A new membership dues category for Members who are receiving Social Security Disability will be created. The Membership dues will be $60 per year. The motion passed unanimously.
- Mike Grueter will incorporate Bernard Pearson's volunteer checklist on the volunteer Web page. It was also suggested that we pass around a hard copy at Main Meetings.
- Karen Lindner will order a copy of Final Cut Express HD as the Main Meeting raffle prize for May.
- Discussion about hosting Web sites for dBug Members was tabled for a future meeting.
- New activity has occurred regarding the Genealogy group. Lou Daly has contacted us and is interested in having their group become an official dBug SIG.
